Just a commendable fit for an overnight stopping in Poughkeepsie with excellent value for money. The staff was warm and professional during check-in, making the process smooth. Bring earplugs. you might hear pets barking in neighboring rooms.

The Best Western Plus The Inn & Suites At The Falls had beautiful contemporary decor and dark wood furnishings that made the hotel feel warm and inviting. The facilities were easily accessible, making it comfortable for seniors like myself.

My stay here was frustrating from the start. The TV in my first assigned room was broken, leading me to change rooms. Unfortunately, both rooms were old and the carpets were stained. The faucet in the jetted tub barely trickled, which made filling it take forever, and I encountered bugs crawling on the walls. To top it off, none of the TVs offered more than a few basic channels, leaving me quite disappointed.

The room came with a coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. Fitness center was nice for a quick workout. Breakfast had yogurt, bagels, and the chance to eat outside by the creek which was super relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Had a fantastic group vacation! We enjoyed trips to the Culinary Institute of America and took a fun day trip to New York City. The hotel had great outdoor seating by the water, and the staff were super friendly. Our room was clean, and breakfast was decent, perfect for our needs.

I really enjoyed my stay. the big windows in the room let in a lot of natural light and offered a lovely view of the water. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and I loved having a spacious balcony to relax on. However, the internet connection could definitely use some improvement.

The place had cozy rooms and a nice pool that really helped us unwind after busy days. We loved chilling in the lounge and enjoyed a decent breakfast here. The only hitch was the water pressure in the shower, which could be better, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊
